The Australian Services Union NSW & ACT Services Branch (ASU) is seeking a Member Engagement Officer for a full‐time role based in Redfern.
The role focuses on customer service, emailing, calling and texting members, and providing timely information on advantages and entitlements.
You will update member records, resolve issues, and support administrative tasks while using Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.
