You will deliver high quality community OT services, assess clients and build plans to boost independence and wellbeing.
This role offers flexibility between Hawthorn East and Frankston with full time or part-time options.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and be AHPRA-registered.
A driver's license and checks are required.
