This is a chance to lead learning and development for one of Australia and New Zealand's mostrecognisedretail teams.
Reporting to theHead ofRetail, you will own onboarding, coaching and capability programs acrossallstores.
You will partner closely withRegionalManagers, Store Leaders and senior HR and Operations leaders, giving you direct exposure to the people shaping retail strategy.
This is a newly scoped role with room to build the function your way.

What You'll Own
Leading onboarding programs for current retail team members and store leaders across ANZ
Designing blended learning content including facilitator guides, e-learning, jobaidsand coaching tools
Facilitating training through classroom, virtual, self-paced and on-floor coaching formats
Partnering with District Managers and Store Leaders to close capability gaps
Managing training systems, calendars,



completiondataand reporting across the region
Connecting learning to retail outcomes such as conversion, UPT, ATV and store readiness
Supporting compliance, policy and safety training across Australia and New Zealand
Building strong relationships across Retail Operations, HR,Merchandisingand global learning partners
Reviewing feedback and data to keep programs relevant,simpleand scalable
Who Thrives Here
Practical experience designing,facilitatingand evaluating learning programs in retail ormulti siteenvironments
Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and translating business needs into clear learning solutions
Strong written communication and comfort adapting content for different audiences
Ahands onapproach and genuine interest in what happens on the retail floor
Comfortable with Microsoft Teams, Word, PowerPoint,Exceland SharePoint
Experience with learning or communication platforms is a bonus, not a requirement
