About the Role

/n

As a DANS Care Worker , you’ll support clients to live well at home and stay connected to their community. Every day is different, meaningful, and rewarding.

/n

Your tasks may include:

/n

/n

- Assisting with personal care, meals, medications, and daily routines

/n

- Providing transport to appointments, shopping, and social outings

/n

- Offering companionship and being a trusted, friendly presence

/n

- Encouraging independence, dignity, and wellbeing at every prospect

/n

/n

You’ll be supported by a friendly office team, a dedicated Team Leader,



and regular training—so you always feel confident and valued in your role.

What We’re Looking For

/n

/n

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support (or similar)

/n

- Experience in aged care, disability, or community support (life experience counts too!)

/n

- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

/n

- Current Police Check (we reimburse if needed)

/n

- Willingness to complete First Aid & CPR

/n

- Most importantly: a warm, reliable, compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others

/n
