We are a boutique accounting firm based on Sydney's CBD. Our firm has been providing standout accounting and taxation services, solid business advisory, cutting-edge structure advice and reliable secretarial services to a range of small to medium businesses.

The Role /n

We are recruiting for a experienced Assistance Accountant / client services assistant to join our fun and growing team.

/n

Duties will include, but not limited to:

/n

/n

- Manage and maintain clients accounting software's

/n

- Preparation of monthly & quarterly IAS & BAS

/n

- Manage and process clients payroll

/n

- Processing Superannuation Guarantee obligations

/n

- General software coding and reconciling

/n

- Investigative bookkeeping and ability to provide proactive improvements and solutions to ensure best practice

/n

- Setting up new clients on accounting software's

/n

- Transition clients onto new sofwares

/n

- Ensuring clients are meeting all statutory deadlines

/n

- Maintaining ATO, ABR, ASIC databases





/n

- Assisting clients with various queries

/n

- Assisting with phone calls and queries

/n

Requirements Skills required /n

/n

- Sound knowledge and extensive experience using MYOB & XERO software's

/n

- Certificate 4 in Accounting or Bookkeeping

/n

- Professional with good communication skills, both verbal and written

/n

- Great attention to detail

/n

- Driving license essential as client visit may be required

/n

- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team

/n

/n
