Your day to day

As a Front Office Supervisor, you will supervise the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the reception and guest services functions. You will provide hands-on supervision and develop team members, resolve guest concerns, and support the Front Office Manager in achieving operational, financial, and service excellence objectives.

You will act as a role model for luxury hospitality standards and ensure every guest receives a memorable and personalised experience.

You will be an excellent brand ambassador and create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.

What we need from you

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who knows how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations. Ideally you will have you’ll have spent a minimum of two years in a 5 star front desk or guest service position and be able to provide a high-level of service excellence to Inter Continental Hayman Island Resort’s valued guests.

Previous experience in Opera is desirable but not essential.

About you





We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who knows how to deliver excellent service and exceed guest expectations. You must have the ability to relocate and live on Hayman Island, Queensland and commence position ideally by 7 December 2026, along with appropriate Australian working rights.

What we offer

Appropriate Australian working rights are required for this role.

The base hourly rate for this role is $31.75 under the Hayman Island Enterprise Agreement, working a minimum of 38 hours a week across a 7-day roster including days, nights and weekends.
