have a Casual opportunity for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our

talented culinary team at The Galley Kitchen.

About you
You’re a
team player who brings enthusiasm, attention to detail, and pride to everything
you do in the kitchen. With previous experience in a fine dining restaurant or
hotel setting, you’re confident under pressure and love creating dishes that

leave a lasting impression.

You’ll

bring:

- Demonstrated experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen environment
- A collaborative and open-minded approach – always ready to learn and grow
- A commitment to producing high-quality food across a variety of styles
- High standards of cleanliness and kitchen hygiene
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members
- A current Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- A current Cert

III in Commercial Cookery is essential for this role.

All
candidates progressing to the next stage of recruitment will complete relevant
checks, including a criminal history check, reference checks, and right-to-work

verification – all facilitated by The Wests Group.
