Looking for a flexible Speech Pathology role where you can focus on your clients, enjoy excellent earning potential and have the freedom to manage your own working week?

With an increasing demand for paediatric services and an established NDIS client waitlist, this is a fantastic chance to step into an existing caseload while enjoying the independence and flexibility of a contractor arrangement.
You'll work alongside an experienced team of Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and Behaviour Support Practitioners, within a practice that values individualised, collaborative and neurodiversity-affirming care.

Why You'll Love This Opportunity

- Excellent Earning Potential: Receive 60% of billings

- Established Caseload: Strong demand for paediatric NDIS services means you can focus on delivering therapy rather than building a caseload from scratch.

- Flexible Working Arrangements: Initially 3 days per week, with the freedom and independence that comes with contracting.

- Experienced Clinical Team: Work alongside established Speech Pathologists and other allied health professionals.

- Multidisciplinary Environment: Opportunities to collaborate with Psychology, Occupational Therapy and Behaviour Support teams.

- Varied Clinical Work: Enjoy a combination of clinic-based sessions and local school visits.

- Minimal Travel:

School visits are generally within 30 minutes of the clinic.

- Alternative Employment Options: Permanent employment arrangements may also be considered for the right candidate.

The Role: You'll work predominantly with school-aged children, supporting a varied paediatric caseload that includes NDIS participants and children with developmental and communication support needs.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering individualised speech pathology assessments and therapy.

- Supporting children with speech, language, communication and social communication difficulties.

- Working with neurodivergent children and young people, including those with autism and ADHD.

- Providing therapy across clinic and school environments.

- Collaborating with families, educators and other allied health professionals to support meaningful outcomes.

- Managing your own caseload with the autonomy that comes with contractor work.

About You
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.

- Current Speech Pathology Australia membership or eligibility.

- Previous experience working with paediatric clients.

- Confidence working with NDIS participants and neurodivergent children.

- Ability to work independently and manage your own clinical caseload.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Availability to commence approximately 3 days per week.

Interested? Whether you're an established contractor looking to expand your caseload or an experienced Speech Pathologist seeking greater flexibility, we'd love to hear from you.
