Your Next Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our Production Team. This full-time role will see you operating a range of heavy equipment while supporting the efficient production and delivery of our products. With regular overtime available, there is plenty of opportunity to increase your earnings.

Key responsibilities include

- Operate front-end loaders to handle raw materials and finished products
- Operate articulated dump trucks to transfer materials in office
- Operate forklifts to move and stack products within the facility
- Assist with production activities, equipment operation and routine pre-start inspections
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment

Hours & Roster

- 38-hour week, Monday to Friday
- Rotating shifts: 6:00am to 4:00pm and 8:00am to 6:00pm
- Saturday work available
- Overtime opportunities where applicable

About you

- Demonstrated experience operating Front-End Loaders in a production, quarry, recycling, composting or similar environment
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to safety
- Current Driver's Licence

Desirable Experience

- Current Medium Rigid (MR) or Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's licence
- Current Forklift licence
- Previous experience operating Excavator, dump truck or other earthmoving equipment
- Previous experience in landscape supplies or composting facility
