About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer for a client-side opportunity with a major resources company. You will support the project through the design phase and into construction.

During the design phase (for the next 1-2 years) you will work from the office with ad-hoc site visits to the mine site. Following which you will be onsite full-time during construction.
Given the transition from office to site-based, candidates must currently live SOR or be willing to relocate.

Office location: South of the River (Perth)
Project location: ~100km+ south of Perth CBD

This will be offered on an initial 12 month contract, they have a large amount of work and will expect ongoing contract extensions.

About You
You’ll be degree-qualified in Civil Engineering with robust experience in mining/resources or heavy industrial projects.

- Design management / design experience




- Mining / resources project exposure
- Bulk earthworks design and construction
- Road design and construction (particularly haul roads)
- Drainage design (in particular surface drainage and sump design)
- Practical construction / site-based experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
