Job Description

Assetlink is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to be the first point of contact for guests at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. You will greet visitors with a welcoming attitude, provide accurate information and directions, and resolve queries and complaints to delight customers.

We are looking for someone energetic with excellent verbal and written communication, who can thrive in a rapid-paced setting, stay on their feet, and work flexibly across a 7-day week.
