Brunswick Doctors: We are Looking for New Receptionist (Casual) to join our team!

Hours :

/n

2–3 days per week (Tue / Wed / Fri)

/n Full day shift between 8.30am - 6pm / half day available

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

Provide high-quality reception and secretarial support to patients, doctors, and staff

/n

Manage and schedule patient appointments

/n

Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries

/n

Handle administrative tasks & day to day clinic operations

/n

Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all relevant privacy regulations

/n

Maintain clinic accreditation standards in accordance with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners Standards for General Practice (5th Edition)

/n





About you

/n

Looking for a long term position

/n

Strong communication skills and computer literacy

/n

Available to work 2–3 days per week (Monday–Friday)

/n

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

/n

Confident working independently and problem-solving when needed

/n

Able to remain professional in high-pressure situations

/n

Kind, mature, reliable, and responsible

/n

Love good vibes and cool reggae music

/n

Bonus points if you like fluffy animals

/n

Skills (preferred)

/n

Experience with Best Practice Software

/n

Familiarity with Hot Doc

/n
