Blue Sky Nursery is a busy wholesale nursery supplying both the landscape and retail markets based in North Arm on the Sunshine Coast.

We require a Nursery Sales Assistant.

/n

The Nursery Sales Assistant role is full time and based on a 38 hour week with a 3 month probationary period.

/n

Hours are Monday 6.30 till 12.40, Tuesday to Friday 6.30 till 3.10.

/n

The Nursery Sales Assistant position will require an applicant withexcellent plant knowledge,customer service experience, excellent phone skills, a robust working knowledge of MYOB, EXCEL and WORD. Previous nursery experience or Horticultural Certification is essential.

Key position requirements: /n

/n

- Customer service, processing stock enquiries, quotations, sales and orders in MYOB

/n

- A good knowledge of general nursery plant speciesgrown within industry





/n

- Sourcing plants for projects/grow ons

/n

- Participation at trade events and EXPOS

/n

- The ability to work as part of a dynamic team or individually

/n

- The ability to follow direction

/n

- The ability to multi task and work under pressure when required

/n

- The ability to work to deadlines

/n

- Liaising with Sales/Logistics Manager, Dispatch staff, Truck Drivers & Production staff

/n

/n

Wages will be negotiated with the successful applicant depending on the qualifications and/or experience.

/n

Applicants for this position must have their own transport.
