Dhelkaya Health is seeking a motivated Grade 1 or 2 Exercise Physiologist to join our Ambulatory Care team. Deliver evidence-based Exercise Physiology across home, hospital and centre settings, providing tailored interventions within a supportive multidisciplinary workplace.

Responsibilities include assessments, interventions, education for clients and carers, accurate documentation, and participation in professional development.
