Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Commis Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards and in a timely manner.

The Commis Chef will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and that the kitchen runs smoothly.

- Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes

- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards and in a timely manner

- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards

- Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen

/n





- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

/n

- Assist with menu planning and development

/n

- Attend training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Commis Chef or similar role

/n

- Knowledge of cooking techniques and methods

/n

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

/n

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

/n

- Ability to follow recipes and instructions

/n

- Robust attention to detail

/n

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

/n

- Diploma or degree in culinary arts or related field is preferred
