Warehouse Administrator

- Commencing immediately
- Monday to Friday 8.00am-4.00pm
- $37.85 per hour inclusive of casual loading
- Dandenong Location
- Energetic and agile team
- Must have safety boots and Hi Vis attire

Our client is seeking a dedicated, motivated Warehouse Administrator to support the day to operations of a busy distribution business. This is a casual role which has the potential to turn permanent after initial placement and training is complete. The ideal candidate will possess:

- Previous experience working within administrative or dispatch/receiving roles
- Inbound transport experience
- Proven experience with WMS programs and inventory control
- Highly defined communication skills both written and verbal
- High degree of organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, learn quickly and be proactive
- Be reliable and dependable

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide quality administration support to the business
- Responding to email enquiries and transcribing notes
- Overseeing inbound transport processes
- Previous experience in Freighting an advantage




- Scheduling and booking maintenance
- competent with spreadsheets and data analysis
- Data entry
- General clerical support duties
- Accounts support

Required Skills/Qualification

- Excellent verbal communication
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience with WMS programs
- Administration Experience
- Previous experience in warehousing admin an advantage
- Microsoft Office
