The Role
Based from a display home within the Clyde North / Pakenham growth corridor, you will:

- Welcome and guide customers through the new home journey
- Build relationships with prospective buyers
- Manage enquiries and sales opportunities
- Maintain regular customer contact and follow-up
- Work closely with land agents and internal stakeholders
- Convert opportunities into signed contracts
- Deliver an experience customers will recommend to friends and family

This role is based in a display home environment.

Weekend work is a core part of the role and a non-negotiable requirement, as this is when many customers are actively searching for their future home.
