About You

- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Approximately 4-8 years' civil design experience within a consultancy.
- Strong working knowledge of Civil 3D.
- Experience with DRAINS and MUSIC for stormwater and water quality design.
- Sound understanding of Australian Standards, Australian Rainfall & Runoff (ARR) and NSW council requirements.
- Clear technical writing and confident communication with clients and authorities.
- Chartered (CPEng) or working towards it, highly regarded.

About the Role

- Deliver civil design for building and precinct projects, including stormwater, siteworks, earthworks, pavements and external works.
- Prepare drawings, specifications and reports for development and construction approvals.
- Design stormwater drainage, on-site detention and water sensitive urban design (WSUD) solutions.
- Liaise with architects, councils, authorities and contractors throughout design and delivery.
- Coordinate closely with structural, hydraulic and flood engineers on integrated project teams.
- Review drawings and mentor junior engineers and drafters (Senior level).
- Support fee proposals, programmes and client relationships as your role grows.
