Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with experience in the telecommunications domain. The candidate should have strong requirements-gathering and documentation skills, the ability to understand technical systems, and experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.

- Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirement-gathering workshops.

- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

- Analyse telecom business processes, systems, and technical requirements.

- Coordinate with telecom engineers, developers, testers, and project managers.

- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process improvement.

- Support system integration, testing, UAT,



and implementation activities.

- Track requirements, risks, issues, and project deliverables.

- Maintain project documentation and communicate with stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

- Experience as a Technical Business Analyst.

- Telecommunications domain knowledge.

- Solid requirements gathering and documentation skills.

- Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.

- Stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Technical analysis, gap analysis, and impact assessment.

- Experience supporting UAT and end-to-end project delivery.

Desirable Skills

- Telecom OSS/BSS systems.

- Mobile networks, fixed-line networks, and broadband services.

- Network connectivity, IP networking, and telecom infrastructure.

- API and system integration knowledge.

- Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
