Company: ConsultANZ is looking for a Cadastral Surveyor in Canberra. The project is a Residential building project in Canberra.

Main Duties:

- Conduct cadastral surveys, including boundary identification, land subdivisions and re-establishment surveys.
- Undertake field surveys and manage survey data processing and calculations.
- Prepare survey plans, reports and relevant documentation in accordance with ACT legislation and surveying standards.
- Operate surveying equipment and utilize surveying software to ensure accurate results.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, project teams and relevant authorities.
- Ensure all surveying activities comply with applicable regulations, quality standards and safety requirements.

Requirements:

- Relevant qualifications in Surveying.
- Proven experience as a Cadastral Surveyor.
- Strong knowledge of cadastral surveying principles, boundary determination and land subdivision processes.




- Proficiency in modern surveying equipment and relevant surveying software.
- Good understanding of applicable surveying legislation and regulations in the ACT.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to undertake fieldwork.
