Responsibilities
You will bring solid technical capability and a natural ability to build relationships, ensuring safe, compliant and commercially successful project delivery. Core responsibilities include:

- Construction programming, staging and methodology development
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, standards and project specifications
- Managing team performance across productivity, cost, quality and culture
- Leading monthly financial reviews, forecasting and margin management
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Maintaining a safe, well‑managed project environment

What You Bring
The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter with strong civil delivery experience and a collaborative leadership style.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering




- 10+ years’ civil construction experience, including 2+ years in project management
- Background in civil, roads, defence and infrastructure projects
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation capability and stakeholder engagement
- Experience developing and reviewing subcontractor work packages
- A mix of project delivery and estimating experience is highly regarded
