A leading Australian commercial law firm is seeking an experienced Office Services Supervisor to lead its Melbourne office's central business support function.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience overseeing Office Services and/or Facilities within a professional services environment, ideally gained in a law firm, who enjoys leading people, improving processes and ensuring a busy office runs seamlessly.

The Role
Working closely with the Melbourne Office Manager, you'll lead a small Office Services team while remaining hands-on in the day-to-day operations of a busy law firm office. This is a varied role where you'll oversee the delivery of essential office services, ensure exceptional internal client service, and keep the office running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Managing workflows and operational priorities
- Coordinating document production, printing and court deliveries
- Overseeing mail, couriers and office logistics
- Supporting meeting room operations and office set-ups
- Acting as the key point of contact for office services requests

- Experience in a law firm/skilled services firm in a similar position
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
