YOUR IMPACT:

- Drive Clinical Excellence: Uphold evidence-based companion animal medicine, establish best-practice protocols, and lead complex medical and surgical cases.
- Inspire & Mentor: Onboard, coach, and support junior veterinarians and team members, cultivating a zero-drama, psychologically safe environment.




- Superintendent Governance: Fulfil Superintendent Veterinarian duties in line with NSW legislation, overseeing clinical compliance, safety, and prescribing standards.
- Commercial Collaboration: Partner with Practice Managers and Directors to optimize clinic performance, workflow, and sustainable growth.
- Elevate Client Experience: Champion outstanding client communication and foster lasting relationships built on trust, empathy, and exceptional care.

WHO YOU ARE:

- NSW Registered: Fully eligible for registration as a veterinarian in New South Wales.
- Experienced Clinician: Confident background in companion animal medicine with strong hands-on surgical capabilities.
- Commercially Minded Leader: An organized, proactive leader eager to balance clinical excellence with operational strategy.
- Collaborative & Adaptable: Excited to work across multiple modern locations and build strong, cohesive teams.
- Leadership Background (Desirable): Prior experience as a Clinical Lead, Hospital Director, or Superintendent Veterinarian is highly regarded.
