What You'll Be Doing
National Sales & Business Growth

- Drive sales performance across Australia and New Zealand
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within the livestock, equine, racing, and animal production sectors
- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and expand market share
- Introduce new products and solutions to existing and prospective customers
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales budgets

Key Account Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with integrators, distributors, consultants, feed mills, pet food manufacturers, and end users
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers by providing technical and commercial support
- Strengthen existing partnerships while identifying opportunities for further growth
- Represent the business professionally across the industry

Sales Leadership & Team Development

- Lead, mentor, and support the national sales team
- Coach team members to maximise performance and achieve KPIs
- Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of sales representatives
- Foster a positive, high-performing, and customer-focused sales culture

Industry Engagement

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences,



and trade shows
- Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
- Provide valuable market insights to support business strategy and product development

Who We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or senior commercial leadership role
- Strong background within animal health, livestock, ruminants, equine, racing, animal nutrition, feed, agricultural products, or animal production
- Demonstrated success in driving commercial growth and delivering sales results
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing sales teams
- Strong relationships across the Australian agricultural, livestock, equine, and racing industries
- Commercially minded with excellent business development and account management skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously
- Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand
