Experienced RF Design Engineers, Radio Optimisation Engineers and LTE Specialists keen to take on more technical responsibility?

This is an prospect to play a key role in a major rail communications project, leading the RF design and optimisation work while staying close to the technical detail.

You'll work across LTE radio network planning, design, testing and acceptance, with responsibility for guiding specialist engineers and working directly with technical stakeholders.

- Perth Based Contract – Bring your specialist RF knowledge to a major infrastructure project with defined technical responsibilities.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead LTE RF planning, design, testing and optimisation activities, ensuring technical deliverables meet project requirements through to acceptance.
- Guide RF planning, testing and optimisation engineers, review technical documentation and coordinate design verification activities.
- Work with customers, engineering leads and project teams on technical requirements, design changes, project progress and complex RF issues.

What Will Make You Successful

- Experience in LTE radio networks, RF planning, design and optimisation, including hands-on experience with relevant RF engineering tools.
- Previous experience leading technical activities or engineering teams, with the ability to manage RF deliverables and work directly with customers.
- Experience across complex telecommunications or infrastructure projects. Rail, tunnel or in-building coverage design experience will be highly regarded. Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship required.
