The Opportunity

Working within the Tax & Advisory team, you'll play a key role reviewing client work, providing technical guidance and supporting the continued development of the team.
This is a position that balances hands-on technical work with leadership, coaching and client engagement, offering exposure to a broad range of accounting, taxation and advisory matters.

Key responsibilities include:

- Reviewing financial statements and tax returns across a diverse client portfolio.
- Providing technical guidance and support to accountants at varying levels.
- Assisting with workflow management and quality assurance.
- Supporting client advisory, tax planning and business improvement initiatives.




- Contributing to technical problem-solving across taxation, structuring and compliance matters.
- Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted point of contact.

About You

You'll Bring

- Several years' experience within Australian public practice.
- Strong technical knowledge across companies, trusts, individuals and SMSFs.
- Experience reviewing work and supporting junior team members.
- CA or CPA qualification (completed or nearing completion).
- Strong Xero and cloud accounting systems experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- A commitment to quality, technical excellence and continuous improvement.
