Company
With over 30 years of experience, this firm has built a strong reputation for attracting clients typically serviced by Big 4 or mid-tier practices. Despite its boutique size, with 60 professional staff and 3 partners, they have consistently partnered with high-level clients, including well-established large corporates and some of Australia’s most prominent family offices.
The firm has a significant focus on business advisory and adopts a deliberate approach to growth, opening its books to new clients just once a year. This controlled intake ensures they can provide tailored, high-quality service to every client. Clients range from passive but complex family office structures with trading entities to larger corporates in industries such as renewable energy, professional services and agriculture.
Known for their supportive workplace, the firm has an impressive average staff tenure of 7.3 years, reflecting its commitment to fostering long-term careers. Employees benefit from comprehensive mentoring and training opportunities, with a proven track record of internal promotions.
Flexibility is a cornerstone of the firm’s culture, offering fully remote, hybrid or in-office work arrangements. This role suits professionals at all stages of their careers, whether returning from leave, seeking more work-life balance or looking to advance within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. As long as you bring the right attitude and a passion for quality work, the firm is ready to teach, train and support your development.
