Job description

An excellent opportunity for a Property Leasing Assistant to join a highly regarded specialist property law firm and gain hands-on exposure to a busy commercial and retail leasing practice.

About the firm

This national property-focused firm has established offices in Sydney and Melbourne and acts for major businesses, ASX-listed companies and well-known national brands.

The Sydney team offers a collaborative, hands-on environment with approachable Partners, strong staff tenure and genuine examples of people progressing their careers internally.

The role

Working alongside experienced property lawyers, you will support a busy commercial and retail leasing practice, with exposure to quality work for major corporate and national retail clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing leasing documentation
- Assisting with lease administration




- Coordinating document execution
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Assisting with registrations
- Managing files and key deadlines
- General legal administration

About you

To be considered, you will ideally have:

- Previous leasing experience, ideally within a property law practice
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple matters and deadlines
- Professional communication and client service skills
