About the Role

As Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing this exciting new store to life.

You’ll set the tone for the team, create a positive store culture and ensure every customer enjoys a memorable experience. From developing your people and driving sales to maintaining beautiful visual standards, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the store and make an impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, coach and develop a high-performing store team
- Create an exceptional customer experience through personalised service
- Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance
- Create inspiring visual merchandising and store displays
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and operational excellence




- Foster a positive, engaged and supportive team culture
- Manage rostering, stock and day-to-day store operations
- Lead by example with energy, passion and authenticity

About You

You’re a confident and inspiring retail leader who enjoys developing people, creating beautiful environments and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You’ll bring:

- Previous Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager experience
- Experience within homewares, interiors, furniture, lifestyle or premium retail
- A genuine passion for styling, visual merchandising and customer experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Commercial confidence with a proven ability to achieve sales and KPI targets
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A positive, hands-on and authentic leadership style
