About the Role:

- Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals.
- Preparing and lodging BAS, IAS and other compliance obligations.
- Assisting with tax planning and implementing tax-effective strategies for clients.
- Supporting Managers and Partners with business advisory projects, structuring and general taxation advice.
- Building strong relationships with clients and responding to day-to-day queries.
- Preparing management reports and assisting clients with budgeting, cash flow and business performance reporting.
- Working collaboratively with Senior Accountants, Managers and Partners on more complex client engagements.

About You:

- Circa 2-4 years' experience within an Australian public practice accounting firm.
- Commenced, or planning to commence, your CA or CPA.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to continue learning.
- Experience using Xero, MYOB or similar accounting software.
