Westvic Staffing Solutions, in partnership with Bendigo Bank, Hamilton branch are seeking an enthusiastic, well presented, and motivated individual to join their team as a full-time Trainee Customer Service Officer completing a Certificate III in Business.

The Customer Service Officer is the face of the business and gives customers a positive experience every time they contact the Bank.

General Tasks Include:

- Customer Service
- Talking to customers face to face or over the phone
- Identify customers’ needs and help them reach their goals by offering relevant banking solutions
- Deliver core banking services
- Completing standard bank transactions, as well as common products and services




- Actively promote the Banks products and services in the marketplace

The successful applicant will:

- Possess a strong aptitude for numbers
- Be well organised
- Able to work as part of a team
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
