Carrabay is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Draftsperson to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Preparing detailed drawings, sketches, charts, plans and designs for civil engineering works, including drainage, water supply, sewerage systems, roads, bridges and other structures.
- Supporting Civil Engineering Professionals and Engineering Technologists with technical drawings and project documentation.
- Interpreting work assignment instructions, specifications and design requirements.
- Applying appropriate drafting procedures and selecting suitable software, tools and equipment.
- Reviewing drawings and plans to ensure they comply with specifications, regulations and contract requirements.
- Assisting with cost estimates, material quantities and project documentation where required.

Essential Requirements

- AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma.
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
