Lead the delivery of aged care services across WDHS

Western District Health Service is seeking expressions of interest from current WDHS employees for the position of Manager Aged Care Operations.

Reporting to the Executive Director Aged Care, this leadership role is responsible for overseeing a range of aged care and community services, ensuring high-quality customer outcomes, operational efficiency and compliance with relevant legislation and standards.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead service improvement initiatives, support multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the future direction of aged care services across WDHS.

What You'll Be Doing

- Provide operational leadership across aged care and community services
- Lead service improvement, quality and compliance activities
- Support customer access, admissions and service utilisation
- Oversee workforce planning, performance and team development
- Manage projects and operational initiatives
- Build strong relationships with consumers, families and stakeholders

What You Bring





- Qualifications in Business Management, Aged Care or a related field
- Leadership experience in aged care, health or community services
- Strong operational, people and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing quality, compliance and continuous improvement activities
- Sound financial and resource management capability
