We are seeking experienced Technical Business Analysts to join a leading Federal Government Agency. The successful Technical Business Analysts will work across complex enterprise technology programs, supporting cloud infrastructure initiatives and driving the delivery of critical business and technical outcomes. You will be offered an initial 12 month contract with a further 12 month extension option and receive a rewarding hourly rate.

The successful Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Gathering, analysing and documenting business and technical requirements across complex IT projects
- Facilitating stakeholder engagement and translating business needs into actionable solutions
- Developing process maps, workflows and high-quality project documentation
- Supporting agile delivery teams using Jira, Confluence and established project methodologies
- Contributing to enterprise technology initiatives, change activities and continuous improvement programs





The successful Technical Business Analyst will have:

- Demonstrated experience as a Technical Business Analyst working within complex IT environments
- Strong experience supporting Cloud Infrastructure projects and digital transformation initiatives
- Experience working across large-scale programs and establishing structured business analysis processes
- Proven experience with process mapping, business documentation and requirements management
- Strong experience using Atlassian Jira and Confluence, with exposure to enterprise ITSM practices highly regarded
