A high-profile Federal Government organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to support the delivery of complex ICT initiatives and critical business transformation programs. This role offers the opportunity to work across business and technical teams, driving requirements analysis, solution design and system improvements within a large-scale enterprise environment. This is an exciting opportunity offering an initial 12-month contract with extension options.

The successful Senior Systems Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Leading requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation activities for complex business and ICT projects.
- Engaging with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyse processes and develop fit-for-purpose system solutions.
- Producing business, functional and system requirements, impact assessments and supporting documentation.
- Collaborating with technical teams to design, validate and implement enterprise technology solutions.




- Supporting project delivery through solution reviews, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful Senior Systems Analyst will have experience in the following:

- Demonstrated experience as a Systems Analyst within large and complex ICT environments.
- Strong requirements management, business analysis and process modelling skills.
- Proven ability to engage and influence a diverse range of business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience contributing to system design, integration and enterprise solution delivery.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with a strong focus on delivering business outcomes.
