About the Role

In this role, you will manage reservations across our Australian properties, acting as a key point of contact for guests and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, attention to detail and a strong focus on service.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Manage reservations and guest enquiries via phone and email.
- Identify upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience and maximise revenue.
- Process payments and maintain accurate booking records.
- Provide information on hotel facilities, services and offerings.
- Manage booking changes and guest concerns professionally.
- Liaise with hotel teams to ensure guest requirements are met.

About You

You are organised, detail-oriented and passionate about exceptional customer service, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively as part of a team.

To be successful,



you will have:

- Previous reservations or customer service experience, ideally within hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence using computer systems and learning new platforms.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Hotel reservations system experience will be highly regarded.
