We are seeking experienced Civil Labourers to assist with ongoing civil construction and road maintenance works throughout the Murraylands region.

These positions are suited to reliable, hands-on workers with civil construction experience who are looking to join a hardworking team supporting a range of roadworks and infrastructure projects.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of six months' civil construction experience, with previous exposure to road maintenance and asphalt works highly regarded.

About the Role

Working alongside an experienced civil crew, you will assist with a range of civil construction, road maintenance and asphalt activities throughout the region.

Duties may include:

- Assisting with civil construction, road maintenance and asphalt works.

- General civil labouring, site preparation and clean-up.

- Supporting asphalt crews with laying, spreading and finishing activities as required.

- Using hand and power tools to support daily site operations.

- Assisting plant operators and other crew members as required.

- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised worksite.

- Following site safety procedures and workplace requirements.





Essential Requirements

To be considered for these positions, you must have:

- A current HR or MR driver's licence.

- A valid White Card.

- A proven and reliable employment history.

- A robust work ethic and the ability to work effectively within a team.

- A commitment to workplace health and safety.

- The ability to undertake physical, hands-on labouring duties.

About You

Ideally, you will have:

- At least six months' experience in civil construction.

- Previous exposure to road maintenance and asphalt works.

- A practical, hands-on approach and the ability to follow instructions.

- Good reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude.

- The flexibility to work across projects throughout the Murraylands region.
