To be successful you must have the following:
- 5+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction over $20million
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement and project financial management
- Proven experience managing subcontractors, variations, progress claims and project costs
- Strong working knowledge of Australian Standard contracts
- Experience taking on Project Management duties or assisting with the delivery of projects
- Experience delivering Multi residential projects highly regarded
- Relevant construction, quantity surveying or engineering qualifications preferred
