Green Light Australia are partnering with a leading company to engage Technology Transformation Lead to drive a major technology transformation program for a large enterprise setting.
This role will suit a technically strong leader who can operate across ERP, application development, and infrastructure, while effectively translating business requirements into practical technology solutions.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and technical specialists to shape and deliver strategic technology initiatives. The successful candidate will be comfortable discussing Dynamics 365 architecture, reviewing .NET integration designs, assessing infrastructure and network impacts, and leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives.
- Provide architectural and technical leadership across ERP, applications, integrations, and infrastructure domains.
- Oversee and guide Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, enhancement, and optimisation activities.
- Review application and integration designs, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.
- Assess infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, and operational impacts of proposed technology solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
- Manage relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and internal delivery teams.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and technical challenges, developing mitigation strategies where required.
- Drive governance, solution quality, documentation, and best practice adoption across projects.




- Support strategic technology planning, roadmap development, and technology investment decisions.

Required Experience

- Proven experience leading large-scale technology transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise ERP platforms.
- Extensive experience across application development, systems integration, and infrastructure environments.
- Strong understanding of .NET technologies, APIs, integration patterns, and enterprise application architecture.
- Experience working across cloud, infrastructure, networking, and security domains.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to make informed technical decisions while balancing business priorities.
