About the role

Reporting to the Client Advocate, you'll play a key role in supporting purchasers throughout their journey, from contract signing through to settlement and beyond. While this isn't a traditional customer service role, you'll be an integral part of our Client Services team, coordinating the many moving parts behind the scenes that contribute to an exceptional client experience. From managing appointments and documentation to liaising with internal teams, you'll help ensure everything runs smoothly and on time. You'll also communicate directly with purchasers, so you'll need to be approachable, professional and confident, with the ability to ask questions, seek information and proactively follow up to keep things moving.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate client appointments, meetings, site visits, walkthroughs and key purchaser milestones throughout the client journey.

- Respond to routine purchaser enquiries confidently and professionally, escalating complex or sensitive matters to the Client Advocate where appropriate.

- Coordinate purchaser customisation requests, decisions and variations with the Client Advocate, internal teams and relevant suppliers.

- Coordinate pre-settlement inspections, settlement and handover activities, including documentation, outstanding actions and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.

- Maintain accurate client records, Salesforce data, project trackers and registers; record key decisions and proactively follow up outstanding actions so nothing falls through the cracks.

About you

- Experience in property, construction, project administration or a similar coordination-based environment is preferred.

This could include property management, construction/building administration, project coordination, Owners Corporation, sales administration or contracts administration.

- A confident, personable and professional communication style. You can build rapport with purchasers while also speaking up, asking questions and respectfully chasing actions when required.

- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders and competing deadlines, with strong ownership and follow-through.

- Confidence using CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications. Exposure to property plans, construction documentation, variations or settlement processes is advantageous but not essential.

- A proactive, capable and solutions-focused approach, good judgement about when to act and when to escalate, a willingness to learn, and a current driver's licence.

Benefits

- Join a growing and highly respected property development business.

- Career development opportunities and ongoing learning.

- Attractive employee advantages, perks and incentives.

- Work from a premium, modern office in South Melbourne.
