About the role

As a F&B; Supervisor at Marriott Hotels, you will supervise the restaurant service period, tending to guests and exceeding their expectations. You will fuel guest curiosity and inspire brilliance throughout the complete food and beverage experience, understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience. You will be a dynamic and thoughtful supervisor, empowering and supporting your team while ensuring the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times.

Key responsibilities

- Supervise the restaurant service period and tend to guests, exceeding their expectations

- Fuel guest curiosity and inspire brilliance throughout the complete food and beverage experience

- Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience

- Assist with bar operational tasks if required

- Empower and support your team as a dynamic and thoughtful supervisor

- Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times

- Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks

- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings

- Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel valued for their contributions

About you

- An up to date RSA

- Relevant experience in a managerial role
