Inner Owners Corporation is a modern, independent strata management business based in South Melbourne, named 2025 SCA Victoria Medium Strata Business of the Year. We do things differently: a single all-inclusive fee, no insurance commissions, and a genuine investment in technology (Zendesk, Urbanise and AI-assisted workflows) so our managers spend less time on admin and more time looking after their clients.

We’re growing steadily and are looking for an experienced Owners Corporation Manager to join our team.

The role
You’ll take on a well-balanced portfolio of around 25 Tier 2 and Tier 3 plans (approx. 400 lots), with the support of a dedicated admin and client accounting team. The portfolio will continue to grow as the business does. The plans’ current manager remains with Inner OC and will work alongside you on a measured handover, so you’ll start with full context on each building, its committee and any open matters.

About you

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Owners Corporation Manager in Victoria

- Sound working knowledge of the Owners Corporations Act 2006 and associated legislation





- Confident running meetings and managing committee relationships

- Highly organised, responsive and comfortable managing competing priorities

- Strong written communication skills

- Experience with Urbanise or similar strata software is an advantage

- Relevant qualifications (e.g. Certificate IV in Strata Community Management) and current OC Manager registration with the BPC
