About the role

- Current MR Class licence

- Service NSW Driving History Report required

- Valuable Communication Skills (verbal, reading and writing)

- Forklift licence preferred but not necessary

- Knowledge of the Sydney area is an advantage but not a requirement

Key responsibilities

- Driving to businesses in the Sydney area to pick up and deliver assorted freight including Pallets/Crates, Car Parts, Tyres and Cartons

- Completion of a driver worksheet/daily run sheet to record the pickups and deliveries each day

- Handwritten Consignment Notes at specific locations for customer Proof of Delivery purposes

- Sorting the daily freight at the Lidsdale Depot each afternoon and loading onto vehicles for next day delivery

Family owned and operated transport business, connecting Sydney to Central West NSW and the Blue Mountains since 1998. Based at Lidsdale NSW 2790, we travel to different areas of Sydney to pick up and deliver assorted freight and return to the Lidsdale depot daily.
