Roadwest Transport Equipment is seeking a dedicated Warehouse person to join our team in our Bayswater, WA 6053 location. This full-time role is responsible for receiving, storing and dispatching goods in our warehouse.
What you'll be doing
- Unload and load delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Unloading of containers as and when required
- Receive and process incoming goods, ensuring accurate documentation and storage
- Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Pick, pack and dispatch to our Fitout Department on time
- Operate warehouse equipment such as a forklift and pallet jacks safely and with care
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, tidy and organised at all times
- Assist with other ad-hoc warehouse duties as required
What we're looking for
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Forklift licence essential (or willingness to obtain one) and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A keen eye for safety and a commitment to following safety procedures
