About Us
Nano Joinery is a custom cabinetry company with a showroom in Kew, Melbourne. Our products are manufactured by our partner factory in China and shipped directly to Australia. To grow our builder partnerships, we are looking for two experienced sales professionals to join our team.

The Role

- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, bringing new builder projects to the company

- Visit builders and construction sites to understand project needs and secure new business

- Host clients at our Kew showroom and work with our team on quoting and project coordination

About You

- 3+ years of sales experience in the building materials industry

- A strong network of builder contacts

- Basic knowledge of cabinetry, or a strong ability to learn quickly

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Australian citizen or permanent resident





- Fluency in Mandarin is highly regarded

Working Arrangements

- Full time position

- No daily office attendance required – work from home and out in the field

- Territory: south-east Melbourne

What We Offer

- Competitive market-rate salary + superannuation during the 6-month probation period

- Generous commission after successful completion of probation

- Expected total annual earnings of $100,000–$250,000

- Flexible, autonomous working arrangements
