VTG Waste & Recycling are seeking an organised, detail-focused Billing and Reporting Administrator with strong Microsoft Excel skills to support customer billing, operational reporting and data analysis.

Working closely with operational and finance stakeholders, you will validate data, investigate discrepancies, prepare reports and maintain accurate records to ensure timely invoicing and reliable business reporting.

Key responsibilities

- Validate operational data, dockets and source records before invoicing.

- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, reconcile data and investigate discrepancies.

- Use Excel to analyse large datasets, identify trends and improve reporting accuracy.

- Prepare and process customer invoices in line with agreed rates and contractual requirements.

- Monitor deadlines, follow up missing information and resolve billing queries.

- Maintain billing schedules, customer records and supporting documentation.

- Support month-end activities and identify opportunities to improve billing processes and controls.

About you

- Experience in billing,



accounts administration, reporting or a similar role.

- Solid Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced formulas, lookups, pivot tables and data analysis.

- Excellent numerical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills.

- High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

- Confident communication skills and the ability to work with both finance and operational teams.

- Experience with business systems and reporting tools.

- Experience in waste, transport, logistics or another operationally intensive industry will be highly regarded.
