The Role

You will provide administrative and project support, ensuring documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination are managed efficiently and in line with government processes.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Answering Phones

- Project management for land titling

- Liaising with clients for relevant documentation via email, phone or in person

- Liaising with relevant internal and external personnel





- Lodgements to relevant authorities such as Council and Land Titles office

- Tracking progress of jobs

- Dealing with Legal professionals

- Generation of invoices/payment of invoices

About You

- No experience required as all training will be provided

- Positive customer service/phone manner

- Positive can-do attitude and team player

- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe (PDF)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Having a valid driver's license will be advantage

- Australian citizen or Permanent Resident ONLY
