PERSOL are partering with our client and are looking for a person who loves building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for a motivated and energetic 3PL Account Manager to join a growing logistics business based in Erskine Park.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on managing client relationships while also identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 30 client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing and nurturing a portfolio of 30 accounts
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients
- Conducting regular client meetings via Teams




- Resolving customer issues and ensuring service excellence
- Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and grow client accounts
- Collaborating with operational teams to ensure client expectations are exceeded
- Building long-term relationships and driving customer retention

About You

- Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or a similar role within 3PL, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with a passion for growing accounts
- Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused
- A bubbly personality with a genuine passion for client engagement
- Keen, eager, and motivated to build a long-term career

This role is approximately 80% Account Management and 20% Business Development, making it perfect for someone who enjoys looking after existing clients while identifying recent opportunities for growth.
