About the role To provide both operational and accounting support to the Finance and Commercial Manager. Assisting in the management of various service and operational agreements that are critical to the successful delivery of day to day operations at the Club and accounts receivable processes predominantly related to member accounts.

Part-time (24 hours per week over 4 days).

Salary will be pro-rata based on the agreed hours

Key responsibilities

Accounts Receivable

- Monitor Accounts inbox

- Respond to all Member account queries (phone, email & in person) in a timely manner

- Assist in the processing and receipting of payments, including monthly direct debits

- Assist generating and issuing monthly Member statements

- Monthly internal account reconciliation

- Supporting end of month and end of year processes

- Reporting on aged debtors and collecting overdue accounts in line with the Club's policies and procedures

- Assisting in annual subscription renewal processes

Operations

- Cover Reception during staff breaks and leave

- Assist with management of utilities and service contracts

- Maintain registers including Health, Safety and Compliance

- Support staff induction program and ongoing training programs and policies

- Assist with maintaining document management systems





About you

- Experience within an Accounts Receivable and operations role

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Dedication to providing excellent customer service

- Ability to work within strict deadlines and reporting timetables

- Attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies
- A pro-active approach to work with strong problem solving skills
- A positive attitude with flexibility to adapt

- Willingness to provide support in a team workplace

- Intermediate computer software skills, including excel (vlookups and pivot tables), Office 365 (SharePoint) and other management software
