Accounts Officer role based in Virginia | 2–3 month temp roleYour new company:This national company that operates across Australia is seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join their finance team. This temporary full-time position will be based in their Virginia offices, which has on-site parking available.

Your new role:Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

- Processing accounts payable invoices
- Preparing payments
- Creditor reconciliations
- Processing expenses
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Invoicing customers
- Assisting with general administration tasks as required

What you’ll need to succeed:In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

- Previous experience in an account processing position




- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Someone who enjoys working in a collaborative team setting
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and being committed to providing excellent customer service
